Research on Competition Performance of Adolescent Table Tennis Players:Influencing Factors and Strategies for Improvement
The competition performance of adolescent table tennis players is affected by multiple factors,which can be mainly categorized into internal and external ones.Internal factors encompass the mastery level of techniques and tactics,physical constitution,physical health condition,mental state,and psychological quality,etc.External factors mainly consist of the attitude and competition guidance proficiency of the coaches,the attitude,quality and ability of teammates,as well as the refereeing ability of the referees.To enhance the competition performance of adolescent table tennis players,it is recommended that coaches adopt the following effective control measures:strengthen the technical and tactical training,physical fitness training,and psychological quality training for adolescent table tennis players in daily training;maintain the physical health of adolescent table tennis players through various approaches before the competition;assist adolescent table tennis players in selecting appropriate sports equipment;lead adolescent table tennis players to familiarize themselves with the competition environment;help adolescent table tennis players maintain a good mental state during the competition,and constantly improve the competition guidance proficiency of the coaches;create a harmonious atmosphere within the team and enable athletes to deal with unfair refereeing properly.
