摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨场景理论框架下运动促进健康的主要模式与实施路径.研究认为:场景理论框架下运动促进健康的主要模式为强调环境因素对个体行为的影响、关注个体行为的动机和认知因素、强调社会支持的作用、关注政策和制度层面的影响等.场景理论框架下运动促进健康的实施路径包括优化政策环境、创新实践模式、强化社群建设、科技赋能运动发展.
Abstract
This study explores the models and paths of exercise for health promotion under the framework of scene theory,using literature research method and logical analysis.The findings of this study indicate that the main models of exercise for health promotion under the framework of the theory of scenes include emphasizing the influence of environmental factors on individual behavior,focusing on individual behavior motivation and cognitive factors,highlighting the role of social support,and considering the influence of policy and institutional factors.The implementation roadmap of exercise for health promotion under the framework of scene theory include optimizing policy environments,innovating practice models,strengthening community development,and empowering sports development with technology.
