体育课后服务供给模式的构成要素、分类与影响因素研究

体育课后服务是落实学生"减负"、促进学生健康全面发展的重要举措.当前体育课后服务已基本实现全面供给,但供给质量还有待提升,缺乏优质体育课后服务的供给.本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对小学体育课后服务供给模式进行探究.研究认为:体育课后服务供给模式具有标准化、可重复性特点,可被其他学校模仿、重现;其构成要素包括供给主体、供给过程、供给保障和供给效果4个部分;根据供给主体的差异,可以分为校内教师供给模式和校内外合作供给模式2类;通过PEST模型分析,揭示了影响体育课后服务供给模式的多种因素,包括政策导向、经济基础、社会支持和技术资源.
Research on the Supply Mode of After-School Sports Services:Constituent Elements,Classification,and Influencing Factors
After-school sports services are an important measure for implementing students'"burden reduction"and promoting their healthy and all-round development.Currently,after-school sports services have largely achieved full supply,yet the quality of supply remains to be enhanced,with a shortage of high-quality after-school sports services.This paper adopts literature research method and logical analysis to investigate the supply model of after-school sports services in primary schools.The study contends that the supply model of after-school sports services features standardization and repeatability,and can be emulated and replicated by other schools.Its constituent elements encompass four parts:the supply subject,supply process,supply guarantee,and supply effect.Based on the differences in supply subjects,it can be classified into two types:the in-school teacher supply model and the in-school and out-of-school cooperative supply model.Through the PEST model analysis,various factors influencing the supply model of after-school sports services are revealed,including policy orientation,economic basis,social support,and technology resources.
