Research on Strategies of College Students in Coping with Exercise Behavior Intervention——A CMUA Model Perspective
This study, based on the Coping Model of User Adaptation(CMUA),adopts literature research method, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics, examines strategies of college students in coping with digital media exercise behavior intervention, with campus running as an example. The results indicate that the strategies of college students in coping with campus running are mainly influenced by their perceived opportunities, perceived threats, and perceived control. Moreover, perceived control not only directly affects the selection of strategies but also further regulates the individual's coping strategies through the interaction with the perception of opportunity or threat.Suggestions are put forward including enhancing students'perceived control, reducing students'perceived threat, and designing intervention measures in accordance with gender differences.
