Research on the Development of Physical Education Teachers'Competence in Learning,Training,Competing,and Evaluating based on Core Literacy
With the advancement of educational reform,the cultivation of core literacy has become a key objective in education.In the field of physical education,the competence of physical education(PE)teachers in learning,training,competing,and evaluating plays a crucial role in improving teaching quality and promoting students'comprehensive growth.This study,using literature research method and logical analysis,explores the connotation of core literacy and the competence of PE teachers in learning,training,competing,and evaluating.It highlights the importance of cultivating these competences in meeting the needs of educational reform,enhancing the PE quality,and fostering students'comprehensive development.Additionally,it reveals existing issues in the current training process,such as lack of targeted training content,monotonous training methods,limited practical opportunities,and incomplete evaluation systems.Therefore,the study proposes strategies to optimize training content,diversify training methods,increase practical opportunities,and improve evaluation mechanisms,aiming to provide solid support for the professional growth of PE teachers and the comprehensive progress of students.
