Research on Physical Education Learning Assessment under the New Curriculum Standards:Functions,Challenges,and Measures
Physical education(PE)learning assessment is an essential aspect of school physical education,playing a crucial role in cultivating students'core competencies and improving their learning abilities.This paper employs literature research method and logical analysis to explore the functions,challenges,and strategies of PE learning assessment under the new curriculum standards.The study reveals that under the new curriculum standards,PE learning assessment serves as a catalyst for students'enthusiasm,comprehensive development,and unlocking their full potential.However,it also faces challenges such as the reliance on traditional assessment methods,the absence of a comprehensive content system for assessing physical health knowledge and moral development,and the difficulties in integrating digital and intelligent technologies for widespread use in PE assessment.Based on these findings,the paper proposes strategies to address these challenges:(ⅰ)enhancing policy interpretation and providing comprehensive teacher training,(ⅱ)refining assessment content and innovating a new assessment system,and(ⅲ)prioritizing the integration of technology to establish a scientific assessment platform.
