Analysis on the Key Factors of Scientific Research Innovation Ability of University PE Teachers
University physical education(PE)teachers are the backbone of sports science and technology work in China,and their scientific research innovation ability directly impact the effectiveness and future of sports science and technology work.Howe ver,the insufficient scientific research innovation ability of university PE teachers have led to significant lag in the development of sports science and technology work in universities.This study uses the Grounded Theory approach to analyze interview data and constructs a model of enhancing the scientific research innovation ability of university PE teachers.The model identifies consciousness leadership,research creativity,action execution,policy-driven,and peripheral support as the key factors in the scientific research innovation ability of university PE teachers.Consciousness leadership is the intrinsic driving force,research creativity and action execution are the implementation process factors,policy-driven is the auxiliary implementation factor,and peripheral support is the external contextual factor.Based on the model,corresponding suggestions are proposed:strengthen research awareness and enhance research initiative;promote disciplinary integration and expand research into new areas;shift the focus of research and enhance the discourse power of sports research;improve the academic environment and create a strong academic atmosphere;enhance sports popularization and improve the research environment.
