Building a Sports Power from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces:Logical Relationships,Realistic Issues,and Countermeasures
As the core driving force for the high-quality development of China's sports undertakings,the new quality productive forces is a key element in realizing the blueprint for building a sports power.This paper explores the logic relationship and real challenges of building a sports power from the perspective of new quality productive forces and proposes strategies for alleviating these challenges.The findings of this study indicate that new quality productive forces is the core engine driving a sports power building,and building a sports power provides a broad application field for new quality productive forces,which mutually promotes and develops each other.The real challenges in building a sports power from the perspective of new quality productive forces include the need to improve overall strength despite breakthroughs in athletic performance,the weak foundation of mass sports,and the need to increase participation and popularization rates,as well as the need to optimize the industrial structure despite the continuous expansion of the sports industry.Based on these findings,strategies for alleviating these challenges are proposed,including strengthening technological innovation to promote the application of new quality productive forces in the sports field,optimizing the industrial structure to enhance the competitiveness of the sports industry,enhancing talent development to improve the overall level of the sports industry,deepening sports reforms to stimulate the vitality of the sports industry,and practicing the concept of green,low-carbon,and circular development to achieve sustainable development in the sports industry.
