Establishment of Quality Standards and Framework for Physical Activity among Children and Adolescents in China
To implement national health policies and effectively adhere to the guidelines for physical activity,it is imperative to address the pressing issue of establishing quality standards for physical activity among children and adolescents.These standards should be based on the logical starting point of safeguarding the health of children and adolescents and continuously promoting their overall well-being,while also meeting the demands for health from individuals,schools,and society.This paper,taking into account the differences in physical fitness among children and adolescents,proposes three types of physical activity quality standards:elite,improvement,and mandatory.Drawing inspiration from the CIPP model,the standards are further divided into four dimensions:quality objectives,activity processes,activity conditions,and activity results By analyzing these dimensions and key factors,the core essence of quality standards for physical activity among children and adolescents is elucidated,culminating in the creation of a comprehensive framework.
