目的:系统评价不同干预方式对青少年网球正手击球质量的影响,为青少年网球运动正手击球质量的提高及其科学训练提供循证依据。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库,最终筛选34篇文献。运用ReviewManager5。4、Stata15进行Meta分析及系统性分析。结果:Meta分析显示,不同干预方式对网球正手稳定性、正手击球深度及正手击球精准度的提高具有统计学意义[SMD=0。79,95%CI=(0。46,1。11),Z=4。76,P<0。01]、[SMD=1。10,95%CI=(0。82,1。37),Z=7。71,P<0。01]、[SMD=1。15,95%CI=(0。84,1。46),Z=7。23,P<0。01]。亚组分析显示,(1)正手击球稳定性:采用不同教学方法,干预周期<12干预周期、1干预周期均能改善青少年网球正手击球稳定性(P值均<0。01),不同功能训练及辅助器械,>12干预周期均对青少年网球正手击球稳定性的影响不显著(P值均>0。05);(2)正手击球深度:不同教学方法、不同功能训练及辅助器械,<12干预周期、12干预周期均对青少年网球正手击球深度有显著影响(P值均<0。01),>12干预周期对青少年网球正手击球深度的影响不显著(P>0。05);(3)正手击球精准度:不同教学方法、辅助器械,在12干预周期、>12干预周期均能显著改善青少年网球正手击球精准度(P值均<0。05),不同功能训练、干预周期<12周期、对青少年网球正手击球精准度影响不显著(P>0。05)。结论:根据青少年身心发展特点,采取不同教学方法结合功能训练,并在训练过程中适当使用辅助器械的复合训练模式对青少年网球正手击球质量的提升具有重要作用。。
Impacts of Different Intervention Approaches on the Quality of Adolescent Tennis Players'Forehand Strokes:A Meta-Analysis
OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the influence of various intervention approaches on the quality of adolescent tennis forehand strokes,providing evidence-based references for enhancing the quality of forehand strokes and facilitating scientific training in adolescent tennis.METHODS:By searching databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Web of Science,and PubMed,a total of 34 articles were ultimately selected.Meta-analysis and systematic analysis were conducted using ReviewManager 5.4 and Stata 15.RESULTS:The meta-analysis indicated that different intervention approaches had statistically significant effects on improving the stability,depth,and accuracy of tennis forehand strokes.The standardized mean difference(SMD)was 0.79,with a 95%confidence interval(CI)of(0.46,1.11),Z=4.76,P<0.01 for stability;SMD=1.10,95%CI=(0.82,1.37),Z=7.71,P<0.01 for depth;and SMD=1.15,95%CI=(0.84,1.46),Z=7.23,P<0.01 for accuracy.Subgroup analysis revealed that:(1)For forehand stroke stability:Different teaching methods,with intervention periods of less than 12 and 12 weeks,could enhance the stability of adolescent tennis forehand strokes(P values were all<0.01),while different functional training and auxiliary equipment with intervention periods of more than 12 weeks had no significant effect on the stability of adolescent tennis forehand strokes(P values were all>0.05).(2)Regarding forehand stroke depth:Different teaching methods,functional training,and auxiliary equipment had significant effects on the depth of adolescent tennis forehand strokes within intervention periods of less than 12 and 12 weeks(P values were all<0.01),but no significant effect was observed within intervention periods of more than 12 weeks(P>0.05).(3)Concerning forehand stroke accuracy:Different teaching methods and auxiliary equipment could significantly improve the accuracy of adolescent tennis forehand strokes within intervention periods of 12 and more than 12 weeks(P values were all<0.05),while different functional training and intervention periods of less than 12 weeks had no significant effect on the accuracy of adolescent tennis forehand strokes(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:In light of the physical and mental development characteristics of adolescents,adopting a combined training model that integrates different teaching methods with functional training and appropriately utilizes auxiliary equipment during training plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of adolescent tennis forehand strokes.
