Sports Industry Facilitating Rural Revitalization-A Study on the Role of"New Villagers"Based on the Theory of Social Capital
This study adopts literature research method,case analysis,and logical analysis.Based on the theory of social capital,it explores the specific roles and action mechanisms of"new villagers"in the process of rural revitalization facilitated by the sports industry.The study reveals that:(1)The sports industry serves as a new engine promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy.As significant participants in this process,"new villagers"facilitate resource integration,the construction of community trust,and the deepening of cooperative relationships by establishing structural,cognitive,and relational social capital.(2)"New villagers"can introduce urban resources and technologies to rural revitalization,enhance the cohesion of rural society,and promote the inheritance and innovation of rural culture.To fully exert the social capital accumulation effect of"new villagers",the following strategies are proposed:perfect the policy support system to optimize the development environment for"new villagers";strengthen community integration to enhance cooperation between"new villagers"and traditional villagers;promote the diversified integration of the sports industry to maximize economic and cultural effects;improve infrastructure construction to enhance the service capacity of the sports industry;establish a resource-sharing platform to facilitate the accumulation and dissemination of social capital.
