Digital Therapy Modelling for Cognitive Rehabilitation of the Elderly from the Perspective of Service Chain Theory——A Case Study on the Project in Hainan Province
This study adopts literature research method, logical analysis, and case analysis.Based on the service chain theory,a new service model of digital therapy for cognitive rehabilitation of the elderly is built from four aspects:service guarantee, service guidance, service provision, and service evaluation.Taking the pilot project of digital therapy for cognitive rehabilitation in Hainan Province as a typical case, the practical path of digital therapy service for cognitive rehabilitation of the elderly is analyzed. The study holds that at the service guarantee aspect,Hainan Province is led by the government and provides support in terms of policy support, payment guarantee, human resources, and technical supply. At the service guidance aspect, the leading hospitals play a guiding role in the service, carry out pilot screening for cognitive rehabilitation digital therapy for at-risk groups, and conduct regular centralized training in different zones and batches. At the service provision aspect, following the enabling logic of"data integration-screening and assessment-hierarchical management-precise intervention",it supports the full-process service for cognitive disorders of the elderly. At the service evaluation aspect,an evaluation system covering multiple aspects such as service quality, patient satisfaction, and rehabilitation effect is established under the guidance of regulatory standards, forming a multi-party participation supervision mechanism.Through the interconnection of these four aspects,a service network chain structure is formed to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of digital therapy services for cognitive rehabilitation of the elderly in China.
