建设数字中国是数字时代推进中国式现代化的重要引擎,数字体育将成为学校体育事业高质量发展的正确方向和必然途径.本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等研究方法,剖析数字体育赋能学校课后体育服务高质量发展的价值意蕴、现实困囿与推进路径.研究认为:数字体育赋能学校课后体育服务高质量发展的价值意蕴体现在:(1)从"人师"到"机师"的转变;(2)点燃学生体育激情与动力;(3)赋能增效,重塑育人新格局.数字体育赋能学校课后体育服务高质量发展的现实困囿表现在:(1)制度缺位:政策体系"保障感"羸弱;(2)环境困囿:数字新基建亟须提升;(3)人才匮乏:数字培养体系乏力;(4)资金短缺:数字资源配置不足.据此,提出推进路径:(1)挖掘制度驱动潜能,加强数字政策顶层设计;(2)筑牢坚实底座,扎实推进数字新基建;(3)夯实"数字+体育"复合型人才培养,弥合数字人才鸿沟;(4)拓宽资金来源,统筹整合数字资源.
High-Quality Development of School Post-Class Sports Services Enabled by Digital Sports:Value Implications,Realistic Constraints and Promotion Pathways
Building a digital China is an important engine for promoting Chinese modernization in the digital era,and digital sports will become the correct direction and inevitable path for the high-quality development of school sports.This paper adopts research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to dissect the value implications,realistic constraints and promotion pathways of high-quality development of school post-class sports services enabled by digital sports.The study holds that the value implications of high-quality development of school post-class sports services enabled by digital sports are manifested in:(1)the transformation from"human teachers"to"machine teachers";(2)kindling students'passion and motivation for sports;(3)enabling and enhancing efficiency,and reshaping the new educational pattern.The realistic constraints of high-quality development of school post-class sports services enabled by digital sports are presented as:(1)institutional deficiency:the weak"sense of security"of the policy system;(2)environmental predicament:the urgent need to upgrade digital new infrastructure;(3)talent shortage:the ineffective digital talent cultivation system;(4)capital shortage:insufficient allocation of digital resources.Based on this,the promotion pathways are proposed as follows:(1)exploring the potential of institutional driving forces and strengthening the top-level design of digital policies;(2)laying a solid foundation and vigorously promoting digital new infrastructure;(3)consolidating the cultivation of"digital+sports"compound talents and bridging the digital talent gap;(4)broadening the sources of funds and coordinating and integrating digital resources.
