Multi-Stakeholder Synergistic Coexistence in School Physical Education Evaluation under the Theory of Symbiosis:Realistic Review and Practical Approach
Promoting synergistic coexistence among diverse stakeholders in school physical education evaluation is an important measure to deepen the reform of sports education evaluation in the new era,and also a new approach to accelerate the construction of educational and sports powerhouses.This study uses literature research method,interview and logical analysis,taking the theory of symbiosis as the entry point,to review the realistic dilemmas of synergistic coexistence among diverse stakeholders in school physical education evaluation,and puts forward corresponding practical approaches.The study finds that there are realistic problems such as distortion of interest demand orientation,absence of mutually beneficial symbiosis mode,insufficient external system support,and poor information transmission in the current synergistic coexistence among diverse stakeholders in school physical education evaluation.Accordingly,the following practical approaches are proposed:consolidate the consensus of evaluation unit,enhance the internal driving force of synergistic coexistence;innovate the pattern of evaluation model,enhance the degree of synergistic coexistence;create the evaluation environment atmosphere,enhance the external driving force of synergistic coexistence;and open up the interface channel of evaluation,enhance the transmission force of synergistic coexistence.
