The Influence of Physical Exercise on the Employment Psychological Stress of College Graduates
OBJECTIVE:To comprehend the relationship between the employment psychological stress status of college graduates and physical exercise,and to identify effective physical exercise countermeasures for reducing the level of employment psychological stress.METHODS:By employing literature research method,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,and using the College Students'Employment Stress Scale and the Physical Exercise Questionnaire as tools,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 413 undergraduate students through random sampling.SPSS 25.0 software was utilized for difference analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis.RESULTS:There were significant differences in employment stress among college students of different genders,years at university,household origin,and physical exercises(P<0.05),while no significant difference was manifested among different majors(P>0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between employment psychological stress and physical exercise(P<0.05;r<0).Physical exercise had a significant negative influence on employment psychological stress(P<0.05,t<0).CONCLUSIONS:(i)The employment psychological stress of college students shows significant differences in factors such as gender,grade,family origin,and different exercise events.(ii)Physical exercise has a significant negative correlation with employment psychological stress.(iii)Maintaining physical exercise can effectively alleviate the employment psychological stress problem of college students.
