OBJECTIVE:To explore the influencing factors on the enthusiasm for sports learning among college students in the capital city,with particular attention to the roles of faculty,learning environment,and instructional design,and to assess how these factors influence students'learning initiative through mediating variables.METHODS:By employing literature research method,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,and using the structural equation model(SEM),an investigation and study were conducted on the influencing factors of the enthusiasm for sports learning among college students in the capital city.RESULTS:Faculty and the learning environment have a positive predictive effect on instructional design,and instructional design directly affects students'learning initiative.Faculty and the learning environment indirectly influence students'enthusiasm for sports learning through the mediating variable of instructional design.CONCLUSION:Instructional design,faculty,and the learning environment play key roles in enhancing students'enthusiasm for sports learning.
