Satisfaction with Service Quality of University Sports Venues:Model Building and Empirical Analysis
Through the analysis of the literature on sports service quality and the service quality of university sports venues,based on the Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI)and combined with the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)method widely used in the service field,this study builds a satisfaction model of service quality for university sports venues and conducts an empirical study on it.Finally,strategies for improving the service quality of university sports venues are proposed:enrich the operation mode and enhance the professional service level of the venues;strengthen the application of technology and promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the venues;improve the service scenarios and optimize the service experience of the venues;innovate the service mode and enhance the level of refined services.
