Promotion of Traditional Sports Culture Development by Cultural Symbols of Ancient Capital under the Background of Sports and Tourism Integration——A Case Study of Xi'an
Ancient capital cultural symbols embody the quintessence of traditional sports culture and play an eminent role in the inheritance of traditional culture and its modern evolution.In the actual context of the integration of sports and tourism,this study,by employing literature research method,field investigation,and logical analysis,conducts an explorative discussion on the development of traditional sports culture promoted by ancient capital cultural symbols,with Xi'an as a case.The researchers contend that ancient capital cultural symbols are a collection of representative material and spiritual cultures of ancient capitals with a long history.Traditional sports culture,as an important component of ancient capital cultural symbols,showcases the cultural heritage and charm of ancient capitals through traditional sports.Ancient capital cultural symbols have achieved modern integrated development through traditional sports events.The value and significance of ancient capital cultural symbols in promoting the integration of traditional sports culture lie in expanding the influence of traditional sports culture through cultural dissemination,deepening people's understanding and recognition of traditional sports through cultural impressions,and stimulating people's interest and participation enthusiasm in traditional sports through cultural experiences.To better facilitate the integrated development of ancient capital cultural symbols and traditional sports culture,this study,oriented at the fusion of sports and tourism,proposes the following pathways for inheritance and development:being rooted in urban culture to drive sports and tourism consumption;activating cultural individuality to reshape cultural positioning;innovating inheritance models to broaden development scenarios.
