摘要

目的:从书写障碍的影响因素分析其机制,探讨运动对书写障碍的影响,以期为儿童书写障碍的预防和治疗提供更深入的理解和更有效的策略.方法:采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过中国知网、谷歌学术、Web of science、PubMed等中英文数据库进行文献检索,梳理总结国内外有关书写障碍与运动干预书写障碍的研究.结果:运动可以促进脑发育、改善视觉感知能力、提高精细运动控制能力、促进认知能力的发展,进而改善书写障碍的症状.结论:通过改善视觉感知能力,精细运动控制能力、认知能力等多个途径设计相关运动干预方案,可以有效改善儿童书写障碍症状,但其具体作用机制及干预方案有待深入研究.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the mechanism of dysgraphia based on their influencing factors and explore the influence of exercise on dysgraphia,with the aim of providing a deeper understanding and more effective strategies for the prevention and treatment of children's dysgraphia.METHODS:Using literature research method and logical analysis,a literature search was conducted through Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,Google Scholar,Web of Science,and PubMed.The studies related to dysgraphia and exercise intervention for dysgraphia at home and abroad were sorted and summarized.RESULTS:Exercise can promote brain development,improve visuomotor perception ability,enhance fine motor control ability,and facilitate the development of cognitive ability,thereby alleviating the symptoms of dysgraphia.CONCLUSION:Designing relevant exercise intervention programs through multiple approaches such as improving visual perception ability,fine motor control ability,and cognitive ability can effectively alleviate the symptoms of children's dysgraphia.However,the specific mechanisms of action and intervention programs require further in-depth research.
