摘要

在新时代学校体育改革背景下,高校公共体育课教学质量有所提升,但仍存在继续优化与改进的空间.为提升高校公共体育课程教学质量,充分发挥其育人功能,本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨高校公共体育课教学面临的困囿,并提出相应的纾解路径.研究发现:新时代高校公共体育课的教学困囿体现在以下方面:科研教学重心失衡,教师育人理念弱化;课程内容安排不足,体育引领功能缺失;教学模式方法守旧,教学效果难以提升;过度重视课堂安全,课程质量无形下降.据此,提出高校公共体育课程高质量开展的路径:回归教书育人本源,全面提升教学地位;引进新兴体育项目,突出地区特色体育;加强思想政治教育,强化理论知识讲解;改革创新教学模式,提升课堂教学效果;运用好新质生产力,丰富教学方式方法;加强教学过程管理,规避课堂安全风险;营造良好体育氛围,提升学生体育素养.

Abstract

In the background of school physical education reform in the new era,the teaching quality of public physical education courses in colleges and universities has been improved to some extent,but there is still room for further optimization and improvement.In order to enhance the teaching quality of public physical education courses in colleges and universities and give full play to their educational functions,this paper uses research methods such a literature review method and logical analysis method to explore the teaching dilemmas faced by public physical education courses in colleges and universities and proposes corresponding relief paths.The research finds that the teaching dilemmas of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in the new era are reflected in the following aspects:there is an imbalance between scientific research and teaching priorities,and the teaching concept of teachers has been weakened;there are deficiencies in the arrangement of curriculum content,and the guiding function of physical education is lacking;the teaching mode and methods are old-fashioned,making it difficult to improve teaching effectiveness;excessive emphasis on classroom safety has invisibly reduced the quality of the courses.Based on this,the following relief paths for the high-quality development of public physical education courses in colleges and universities are proposed:return to the essence of teaching and educating people,and comprehensively enhance the status of teaching;introduce emerging sports events and highlight regional characteristic sports;strengthen ideological and political education and strengthen the explanation of theoretical knowledge;reform and innovate the teaching mode to improve classroom teaching effectiveness;make good use of new productive forces to enrich teaching methods;strengthen the management of the teaching process to avoid classroom safety risks;create a good sports atmosphere to improve students'sports literacy.
