我国体育学研究生科研创新能力培养的现实挑战、模式构建与实践进路
The Realistic Challenges,Model Construction,and Practical Approaches to Cultivating the Research Innovative Ability of Graduate Students in Sports Science in China
摘要
党的二十大提出坚持以人民为中心发展教育、加快建设高质量教育体系,为体育学研究生科研平台培养模式的构建提供了全新指引.本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法等研究方法,阐释我国体育学研究生科研创新能力培养的时代机遇、培养特点及现实挑战,并科学构建培养模式.研究发现,当前我国体育学研究生科研创新能力培养包括"流水线"、团队培养、导师负责及自主创新4种模式,并长期面临以下现实挑战:研究生文化基础薄弱,缺乏创新意识与能力;部分导师科研创新能力不足,指导研究生数量偏多;研究生科研氛围不浓,缺乏良好的科研创新环境等.对此,本文提出基于科研平台培养体育学研究生科研创新能力的实践路径:明确科研平台研究生创新培养目标,支持科研平台参与研究生招生选拔,制定科研平台研究生申请准入标准,完善科研平台研究生指导教师制度,加强科研平台研究生科研活动引导,建立科研平台研究生科研考评机制等.
Abstract
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to adhere to the people-centered development of education and accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system,which provides new guidance for constructing the training model of research platforms for graduate students in Sports Science.By using research methods such as literature review,logical analysis,and comparative analysis,this paper expounds on the era opportunities,training characteristics,and realistic challenges in cultivating the research innovation ability of graduate students in Sports Science in China,and scientifically constructs a training model.Research has found that the current cultivation of research and innovation ability for graduate students in Sports Science in China includes four modes:"assembly line",team training,supervisor responsibility,and independent innovation.It has long been faced with the following realistic challenges:graduate students have a weak cultural foundation and,lack innovative awareness and ability;some supervisors have insufficient research innovation ability and guide an excessive number of graduate students;the research atmosphere for graduate students is not strong,and there is a lack of a good research innovation environment.In this regard,this paper puts forward practical approaches to cultivate the research innovation ability of graduate students in Sports Science based on research platforms:clarify the innovation training objectives of research platform graduate students,support research platform participation in graduate enrollment selection,formulate application and admission standards for graduate students on research platforms,improve the system for supervisors of graduate students on research platform,strengthen the guidance of research activities for graduate students on research platforms,and establish a research evaluation mechanism for graduate students on research platforms.
