运动转化医学:从分子生物力学管窥主动健康

运动在促进健康和预防疾病中一直发挥着积极的作用,大量研究已从多个维度提供了运动有益健康的科学证据,然而人们对其分子和细胞机制却知之甚少。不断深化运动的分子和细胞机制研究,破译特定类型的运动与人体特定组织之间的联系,并将相关知识转化到医学和健康实践中来,仍是目前生命科学面临的巨大挑战。在这方面,新兴的系统生物学从信号网络系统层面提供了新的视角,为建立个性化的生活方式和干预方案奠定了基础。而一些全新的分子生物学概念及生物技术(如力敏感蛋白PIEZOs、自噬和微生物组学等)正在全面改变人类对运动(力信号刺激)影响人体系统的认知。研究分析了当前运动研究领域所面临的机遇与挑战,建议从生物力学以及运动科学跨维度交互作用的视角重新认知运动,研究健康敏感指标与运动即刻响应和适应性的相互关系与可信度,促进运动转化医学的发展。
Translational Exercise Medicine:From the Perspective of Molecular Mechanobiology to Proactive Health
Exercise has always played an essential role in promoting health and preventing diseases.However,the molecular and cellular mechanisms behind these benefits are still not fully understood despite of a large body of research evidences.Therefore,it is important to enhance our understanding of molecular and cellular mechanisms and implement those knowledges in medical and health practices.Discovering the link between specific types of exercise and their adaptations is a challenge in the exercise and life science.However,system biology provides a new perspective that helps to establish personalized lifestyle intervention programs.New biological concepts and biotechnological discoveries,such as PIEZOs,autophagy,and the microbiome,are revolutionizing our understanding of how movement(force signal stimuli)affects human systems.This article summarizes the current challenges in sports and exercise research and presents personal views for future research that can contribute to the development of translational exercise medicine.
