摘要
通过文献资料分析和实地调研,在解析非正式体育组织内涵的基础上,厘清全民健身战略推进中非正式组织的生成逻辑,并针对现实困境提出未来的实践进路.研究认为:非正式体育组织的核心在于满足多元化体育生活需求,具有目标随机性、高度扁平化、强代理人属性、快速且广泛的生成性、价值双面性、数字技术依赖性等特征.理论上,非正式体育组织的生成是一个多因素、多层次的复杂过程,涉及个体需求、社会关系、身份认同等多因素.从历史到现实,非正式体育组织均符合全民健身发展要求,在创新全民健身参与理念、提升资源配置效率、弥补正式体育组织短板等方面扮演关键角色.全民健身战略实施中,非正式体育组织面临嵌入渠道不畅、内生性不强以及体制冲突尚存等问题.建议通过疏通渠道、培育内生动力和促进体制相容等实践进路解决非正式体育组织面临的问题,提升其深入性、持久性和实效性.
Abstract
Through literature review and field research,this study interprets the essence of informal sports organizations and eluci-dates the logic behind their emergence within the context of advancing the national fitness strategy.Furthermore,practical pathways are proposed to address current challenges.The study posits that the core of informal sports organizations lies in meeting diverse de-mands for sports activities,characterized by goal randomness,high-level flatness,strong agency attributes,rapid and extensive gen-erativity,dual-value facets,and dependence on digital technology.In theory,the generation of informal sports organizations is a complex process involving multiple factors and layers,encompassing individual needs,social relationships,and identity recognition.From historical to present contexts,informal sports organizations align with the requirements of national fitness development and play a crucial role in innovating national fitness participation concepts,improving resource allocation efficiency,and compensating for the shortcomings of formal sports organizations.However,during the implementation of the national fitness strategy,informal sports organizations face challenges such as limited integration channels,weak endogeneity,and institutional conflicts.To enhance the depth,sustainability,and effectiveness of informal sports organizations,it is recommended to address these challenges through practical measures such as channel unblocking,cultivating endogenous motivation,and promoting institutional compatibility.
