摘要
确定和安排运动负荷是运动训练过程核心和基础性的内容之一,也是体医融合领域重要的关键技术.研究通过数理逻辑分析和建模,基于不确定性科学,提出了一种运动负荷熵测度理论,构建了相应测定系统,并组织实施了151 958次试验.分析发现,1834年德国生理学家恩斯特·海因里希·韦伯(Ernst Heinrich Weber)提出的最小可觉差的观点并不完善.研究证明运动刺激的感知阈限并不是一个固定值,且韦伯分数也不是一个常数,而是会随着参考负荷的增加而降低的系数.经数理推导和实验验证,研究建立了运动负荷主客体统一的测度方程,研究成果为个体化精确运动负荷测度提供了新方法.
Abstract
Determining and arranging the exercise load is one of the fundamental and core section in sports training program,and it is also the key technique in the integration of exercise and medicine.Through mathematical logic analysis and modeling,this study developed an original theory of exercise load entropy measurement,and 151 958 trials have been conducted under this system.Our results challenged the concept of the Just Noticeable Difference which was introduced by Weber in 1834.We found that the perception threshold of exercise stimuli is not a fixed value,and the Weber coefficient is not constant,it will be decrease accompany with the increase of loading.This study established a unified psychophysical measurement equation for exercise load,offering a new method for the individualized precise measurement of exercise load.
