摘要

通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等对闽台体育学硕士研究生合作培养的可行性进行研究.分析了两地教育政策、文化背景与地域特点、两地体育学硕士研究生培养机制的异同.结果表明:闽台两地在体育高层次人才交互培养上有其必要性与可行性.建议:符合条件的高校先行先试,教育行政主管部门也要进一步探索具体合作内容,提供政策支持.
