The Performance,Influencing Factors and Optimization Path of the Precision Supply of Digital Empowered Public Sports Services
In order to explore how to better promote the precision supply of public sports services in China under the back-ground of digital empowerment,this paper uses literature,field research and other methods to understand the performance of the precision supply of public sports services with digital empowerment,discusses the influencing factors of the process based on the TOE framework,and finally concludes the optimization path combined with cases.According to the study,there are prob-lems such as mismatch between supply and demand,lack of coordination,and weak supervision.The influencing factors are technical factors:digital infrastructure,digital technology capability,digital platform construction;Organizational factors:multi-subject coordination mechanism,digital literacy of governance subjects;At the level of environmental factors:institutional envi-ronment of digital empowerment and users'digital service cognition.Therefore,it is proposed that a reasonable scientific layout ensures accurate and safe supply technology path;The organization path of multi-subject collaboration and interaction to devel-op the strength of digital talents;Improve legal supervision and the environmental path of users'digital literacy.
