RESEARCH PROGRESS ON EXPERIMENTAL SIMULATION DEVICES AND NUMERICAL SIMULATORS FOR NATURAL GAS HYDRATES
China is rich in natural gas hydrate resources,and if it is commercially exploited,it will contribute to the adjustment of China's energy structure.The experimental simulation and numerical simulation of natural gas hydrate exploitation are important means to guide safe and efficient exploitation.This paper first briefly introduces the exploitation methods of natural gas hydrates and field trial exploitation cases at home and abroad.Then,the development and application of natural gas hydrate experimental simulation devices and globally representative natural gas hydrate numerical simulators are systematically summarized.Finally,the future research directions of natural gas hydrate experiments and numerical simulations are prospected.In the future,in terms of experimental simulation devices,emphasis should focus on the development of experimental simulation devices which are suitable for measuring and monitoring thermal,seepage,mechanical,and phase transition parameters in the exploitation process.In terms of numerical simulators,it is necessary to realize the accuracy the numerical simulation process of natural gas hydrates and continuously optimize the numerical simulator algorithms.In order to establish a high-precision numerical simulator that can serve the industrial development of natural gas hydrates in China.
