浅析热斑光伏组件的危害控制

随着光伏电站运行时间的增加,光伏组件热斑故障带来的危害是亟待解决的问题.通过探讨光伏电站中热斑光伏组件的成因及危害,对现有的热斑光伏组件检测方法进行优缺点分析,从光伏组件内部、外部和光伏电站全生命周期 3 个方面提出热斑光伏组件危害控制方法.对于内部质量问题造成的热斑故障,提出按热斑光伏组件不同位置之间的温差进行分类,并评估热斑光伏组件对光伏电站发电量的影响和光伏电站存在的安全隐患;基于光伏组件市场价格、光伏电站成本回收期,再根据热斑光伏组件的严重程度,对更换热斑光伏组件与否进行性价比分析,依据分析结果判定是否更换光伏组件.以期该方法为光伏电站的安全稳定运行提供理论支持和实践指导.
BRIEF ANALYSIS ON HAZARD CONTROL OF HOT SPOT PV MODULES
As the operating time of PV power stations increases,the hazard caused by hot spot faults in PV modules is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.This paper explores the causes and hazards of hot spot PV modules in PV power stations,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing detection methods for hot spot PV modules,and proposes hazard control methods for hot spot PV modules from three aspects:internal,external,and the entire life cycle of PV power stations.For hot spot faults caused by internal quality issues,it is proposed to classify them according to the temperature difference between different positions of hot spot PV modules,and evaluate the impact of hot spot PV modules on the power generation of PV power stations and the safety hazards that exist in PV power stations.Based on the market price of PV modules,the cost recovery period of PV power stations,and the severity of hot spot PV modules,a cost-effectiveness analysis is conducted on whether to replace hot spot PV modules,and the analysis results are used to determine whether to replace PV modules.In order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the safe and stable operation of PV power stations using this method.
