摘要
研究一种新型无变压器双模式电压源逆变器(VSI);其中共地型结构短路寄生电容,理论上可完全消除漏电流.该逆变器由升降压开关(SBB)模块和LC滤波网络集成,且输出波形具有良好的对称性.所提拓扑具备宽输入电压范围内满足并网电压增益、结构紧凑、调制策略简单等特点.同时,SBB模块可实现软充电,电流应力控制在允许范围内.详细介绍了逆变器的结构特点、工作原理,并设计了闭环控制单元.最后研究结果表明所提VSI的可行性和良好性能.
Abstract
Research a novel transformerless dual-mode voltage source inverter(VSI)in which the common ground structure short-circuits the parasitic capacitance and theoretically completely eliminates leakage currents.The inverter consists of a switching-boost-buck(SBB)module integrated with an LC filter network and has a good symmetry of the output waveform.The proposed topology features a wide input voltage range to meet the grid voltage gain,a compact structure,and a simple modulation strategy.Meanwhile,the SBB module allows for soft charging and current stress control within the permissible range.The structural characteristics and operating principle of the inverter are described in detail,a closed-loop controller is designed.The final study results show the feasibility and good performance of the proposed VSI.
