基于改进AHP-TOPSIS的村镇太阳能+生物质能联合供暖综合评价

构建基于改进层次分析法(AHP)-逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)的村镇太阳能+生物质能联合供暖综合评价模型,过程包括建立基于能源效益、经济效益、环境效益、室内环境4个准则的评价指标体系,改进AHP确定指标权重,TOPSIS综合评级.将模型应用于案例,得出案例综合评价等级.结果表明:该评价模型可通过理论计算客观地得到评级,增强了评价的科学性,案例4个准则评级依次为优秀、良好、优秀、良好,综合评价等级为良好.
COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF COMBINED SOLAR+BIOMASS HEATING IN VILLAGES AND TOWNS BASED ON IMPROVED AHP-TOPSIS
The paper constructs a combined solar+biomass energy evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)in villages and towns.The process includes:establishing an evaluation index system based on four criteria of energy efficiency,economic efficiency,environmental efficiency,and indoor environment,improving AHP to determine index weights,and TOPSIS comprehensive rating.The model was applied to the case,and the comprehensive evaluation rating of the case was derived.The results show that the evaluation model can objectively get the rating by theoretical calculation,which enhances the scientificity of the evaluation,and the 4 criteria ratings of the case are excellent,good,excellent and good in order,and the comprehensive evaluation rating is good.
