密封限氧法制备秸秆生物炭参数的优化研究

以小麦秸秆、水稻秸秆和油菜秸秆为原料,利用正交试验思路设计密封限氧处理下制备秸秆生物炭的方案,测定并分析其理化特性、官能团结构及形貌特征.结果表明:炭化温度是影响生物炭制备的优先考虑因素,秸秆生物炭的炭产率随热解温度的升高而减小,其pH值和灰分则相应增大;相较于小麦秸杆和油菜秸杆生物炭,水稻秸秆的炭产率、pH值和灰分含量最高.温度为550℃,保温时间在60 min时,秸秆生物炭的官能团吸收振动峰趋于平缓,表面出现蜂窝状孔隙结构,表明其孔隙丰富,结构稳定.
OPTIMIZATION STUDY ON PARAMETERS OF STRAW BIOCHAR PREPARED BY SEALED OXYGEN LIMITING METHOD
The physicochemical properties,functional group structure and morphology of the biochar derived from crop straw(such as wheat,rice,rape straw)biomass were determined and analyzd using sealed oxygen limiting treatment to prepare the straw biochar based on orthogonal experiment method.The results showed that the temperature of carbonization was the most important factor effect on yield,pH value and ash content of straw biochar.And the carbon yield decreased with temperature,while pH value and ash content increased correspondingly,where carbon yield,pH value and ash content of rice straw was the best.Particularly,the biochar's,obtained at 550℃for 60 min,were rich in honeycomb pore structure and absorption vibration peak of the functional groups tended to be flat,which indicated the pore structure was abundant and stable.
