应用于光伏发电系统的高效双路径变换器研究

摘要
提出一类具有部分功率处理特性的变换器——双路径功率变换器(DPPC),利用电压源串联的思想衍生其不同结构,从结构维度定义并推导DPPC的增益和效率特征关系,利用仿真对不同结构DPPC的增益与效率特性进行验证.最后选取最佳升压结构得到的变换器作为实验验证对象,搭建2kW样机证明该变换器的可行性与高效性.
Abstract
This paper proposed a kind of converter with partial power processing characteristics—dual-path power converter(DPPC).The voltage gain and the efficiency characteristics of DPPC are defined and derived from the structure dimension.Then,the voltage gain and the efficiency characteristics of DPPC with different structures are verified by simulation.Finally,one of the converter structures is selected as the experimental object,and a 2 kW experimental prototype is built to prove the feasibility and efficiency of this converter.
