RESEARCH ON UNCERTAINTY OF WIND TURBINE BLADE STRUCTURAL TEST METHOD BASED ON GUM
Aiming at the full-scale structural testing method of wind turbine blades,firstly,analyze the source of uncertainty factors of the physical quantities required to be measured in the test process.Secondly,establish the mathematical model of uncertainty by the GUM method.Finally,evaluate the standard uncertainty of each part of the factors to calculate the combined standard uncertainty and extended standard uncertainty and thus establish a systematic evaluation method for the uncertainty of wind turbines blades structural testing.
