SCALE AND STRUCTURE PLANNING OF GRID-CONNECTED ENERGY STORAGE BASED ON VALUE SUBSTITUTION
Scientific planning method is conducive to the healthy development of energy storage.Based on the planning idea of achieving the optimal balance between energy storage alternative value and its own investment cost,the optimal scale and structure estimation method of grid-connected energy storage based on value substitution is proposed.According to the operation characteristics of a regional power grid,the marginal substitution value of energy storage replacing transmission and distribution investment,peak regulation capacity and frequency regulation reserve capacity at different scales is calculated.The energy storage structure optimization model to meet substitution requirements is built.Then the optimal investment portfolio and the marginal investment cost of various types of grid-connected energy storage are calculated to meet different power and energy substitution requirements.
