COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY EVALUATION OF ENERGY STORAGE POWER STATION BASED ON IMPROVED AHP-TOPSIS
In order to ensure the safety operation of battery energy storage power station,a comprehensive safety evaluation method is proposed based on improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS).Firstly,an evaluation index system is established by considering various evaluation indexes,so as to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the safety state of energy storage power station. Then,an improved AHP method based on exponential scale is adopted to determine the weight of each evaluation indicator, which makes the consistency optimal and the weight coefficient more accurate and reliable.Furthermore, through the design of the evaluation reference schemes,an improved TOPSIS is used to realize the horizontal comparison between different energy storage schemes and the vertical comparison between energy storage scheme and the reference schemes, and then the safety level of each energy storage scheme is determined. Finally, taking the comprehensive safety state evaluation of four energy storage power stations as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation index system and evaluation method are verified.
