摘要

针对源荷匹配特性的容量配置方案中源-荷不平衡问题,提出一种基于源荷匹配的区域大型复合电站优化配置方法,首先构建源荷匹配特性指标,并分析地区的源荷匹配特性;再以经济性最优、源荷匹配特性指标最优为目的,构建基于源荷匹配的区域大型复合电站优化配置模型,得到大型复合电站的配置方案.算例分析表明,在优化后的风、光、传统电源配置比例下,建设大型复合电站可提升系统的源荷匹配度,并降低各运行场景下的系统负荷峰谷差,缓解传统电源的调节压力,为新能源稳步替代传统火电提供可参考的电源配置方案.

Abstract

To address the source-load imbalance issue in capacity allocation schemes based on source-load matching characteristics,an optimization configuration method for large regional composite power stations based on source-load matching is proposed.Firstly,this paper constructs the indicators of source-load matching characteristics and analyze the source-load matching characteristics of the region,and then aim to optimize economy and the indicators of source-load matching characteristics to construct the regional large composite power station configuration model considering the source-load matching,and finally obtain the configuration scheme of large composite power station.The analysis shows that with the optimized ratio of wind,solar and traditional power supply,the construction of large composite power station improves the source-load matching degree of the system,reduces the peak-to-valley difference of power system load in each operation scenario,relieves the regulation pressure of traditional power supply,and provides a referenceable capacity configuration scheme for the steady replacement of traditional thermal power by renewable energy.
