摘要

分别从定额编制、施工安装、外部环境3个层面识别加氢站预算定额消耗量准确性的影响因素,通过因子分析法对影响因素进行公因子提取和关键因素提炼.结果表明:5个公因子对加氢站预算定额准确性皆有显著影响,其影响程度为编制方法与依据>施工安装技术>施工组织管理>编制组织与成员>外部环境;安装技术更新速度、编制方法与测定对象的匹配性和施工工艺规范度是影响消耗量准确性的关键因素.据此探讨消耗量准确性的提升策略:缩短定额修订时间,建立长效管理机制;提高编制方法与测定对象的匹配度;明确加氢站现场施工规范,缩小施工偏差影响.

Abstract

Identify the factors affecting the accuracy of the consumption of hydrogen refueling station budget quotas at three levels:quotas preparation,construction and installation,and external environment,respectively.The common factors and key factors were extracted by analysis.The results show that all five metric factors significantly affect the accuracy of the budget quotas for hydrogen refueling stations.The degree of influence is F1(preparation method and basis)>F4(construction and installation technology)>F3(construction organization and management)>F2(preparation organization and members>F5(external environment).The speed of installation technology update,the matching of the preparation method with the measurement object,and the specification of the construction process are the key factors affecting the accuracy of consumption.Accordingly,we discuss the strategies to improve the accuracy of consumption were discussed:shorten the revision time of the quota and establish a long-term management mechanism;improve the matching degree between the preparation method and the measurement object;clarify the on-site construction specification of hydrogenation station and narrow the influence of construction deviation.
