深远海全直流风电汇集网络故障控制与恢复方案

针对全直流海上风场汇集网络故障处理问题,首先研究直流风电机组的故障控制策略,通过机侧换流器故障控制与卸荷电路配合的方式提高机组的安全性;其次,设计一种改进风电机组网侧DC/DC变换器拓扑,通过控制DC/DC变换器网侧电容脉冲放电进行行波测距,从而定位故障区段;最后,提出基于直流断路器的汇集网故障控制与恢复方案.利用PSCAD搭建全直流海上风电场模型,多种故障场景下的仿真验证了所提故障控制与恢复方案的有效性.
FAULT CONTROL AND RESTORATION SCHEME OF DC COLLECTION NETWORK FOR ALL-DC OFFSHORE WIND FARM
This paper focuses on addressing the network fault handling problem in all-DC offshore wind farms.Firstly,fault control strategies for DC wind turbine units are investigated to enhance the safety of the units using the machine-side converter and unloading chopper circuits.Secondly,an improved topology of the grid-side DC/DC converter for DC wind turbines is proposed,which utilizes pulsed discharge of the grid-side capacitor in the DC/DC converter to perform traveling wave-based fault location.Finally,a fault control and restoration scheme based on DC circuit breakers is presented for the DC collection network.An all-DC wind farm model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC,and the effectiveness of the proposed fault control and restoration strategies is verified through simulations in various fault scenarios.
