风电机组齿轮箱动态温度响应研究

为研究风电机组齿轮箱的温度场特性,以2 MW风电机组齿轮箱传动系统为研究对象,综合考虑风载外部激励的影响,考虑系统齿轮-轴-轴承耦合等因素,选用集中质量法构建传动系统动力学模型求得动载荷.依据传热学基本原理构建系统动态温度场数值分析模型,以动载荷作为输入变量,求得系统的动态温度响应并探究风载影响下系统的温度场分布特性及温升规律.对比分析计算与实验数据的差异,验证该模型对风载下的系统动态温度分析计算的有效性.结果表明:传动系统温度场高温区位于高速轴轴承的位置.对比未计入风载因素影响的传动系统,风载影响下的系统在连续增速过程中温度响应逐渐灵敏.
STUDY ON DYNAMIC TEMPERATURE RESPONSE OF WIND TURBINE GEARBOX
To investigate the temperature field characteristics of a wind turbine gearbox,we focused on the gearbox transmission system of a 2 MW wind turbine.A coupling dynamic model of gears,shafts,and bearings was constructed using the centralized mass method.By applying the principles of heat transfer,we developed a numerical analysis model to simulate the dynamic temperature field of the system.The dynamic load was considered as the input variable to obtain the system's temperature response.To evaluate the accuracy of the numerical analysis model,a comparison was made between the model's results and the measured data,the findings demonstrated the model's effectiveness in analyzing and calculating the dynamic temperature under wind load.The high-temperature region within the temperature field of transmission system was identified at the position of the high-speed shaft bearing.Compared with the transmission system without the influence of wind load,the temperature response of the system under the influence of wind load is gradually sensitive in the process of continuous growth.
