Compared with judges,prosecutors,lawyers,public security and judicial administrative officers,supervisory officers is a relatively recent new group,and in principle,subject to the ethical constraints of legal community.Historically,the system has a long history.Whether in the East or West,these officers show a wise and unswerving image in ancient times.In China's constitutional and legal system,especially after the promulgation of the Supervision Law,ethics of supervisory officers has been supported by the modern rule of law.Due to the long-term parallel relationship between the Supervision Committee and the Party'discipline department,Party discipline is also one of the sources of ethical requirements for supervisory officers.Therefore,they are not only a group engaged in specialized legal division,but also a group appearing as the party's disciplinary supervisor and directly supervising the party members.However,precisely because of these two identities,they could be the adhesive between the party's disciplinary supervision and the country's judicial work.Therefore,in deepening reform,we should emphasize the discipline and legal nature of the supervisory officers,also emphasize its professionalism in dealing with special affairs,especially in participating in the construction of anti-corruption so as to further enrich the connotation of professional ethics of supervisory officers.
