Establishing a social governance model characterized by"co-construction,co-governance and sharing"represents a crucial approach for advancing Chinese modernization.The report of the Party's 20th National Congress introduced an innovative framework for social governance while outlining new strategies for"co-construction,co-governance and sharing".This paradigm has established a new model for social governance that addresses theoretical supply-demand challenges under contemporary conditions;it cracked social governance challenges facing Western countries,facilitating theoretical innovation within this domain.The transition from centralized control to pluralistic co-governance emerges as a rational solution to practical issues inherent in social governance practices.To harness the advantages of pluralistic co-governance under the mode of"co-construction,co-governance and sharing",it is imperative to adhere to leadership of the Communist Party of China while encouraging public participation in social governance initiatives while enhancing these efforts with smart technology.To develop an effective plan for"co-construction,co-governance and sharing",we must clarify the primary responsibility of social governance,establish cross-regional models that promote coordination between the Party and government entities;ultimately achieving the purpose of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
