基于粒子群优化模糊PID的双闭环温度控制系统

针对近红外分布反馈式半导体激光器(DFB)输出激光的波长和光功率的稳定性受温度影响较大的特点,设计了一种双闭环模糊PID温度控制系统.由于模糊PID控制器对PID参数的调控取决于专家经验,尽管控制效果也不错,但距离理想状态还有一定的距离,于是把粒子群优化算法导入模糊PID控制器中,实现对参数更深层次的优化.经过模拟证明,经过粒子群算法优化后的模糊PID控制器具有更快的响应速度、更小的超调率,还可以在更短的时间内使系统到达稳定状态.
Double Closed-Loop Temperature Control System Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Fuzzy PID
A double closed-loop fuzzy PID temperature control system is designed for the sta-bility of the output wavelength and optical power of the near-infrared distributed feedback semiconduc-tor laser(DFB),which is greatly affected by temperature.Since the fuzzy PID controller's control of PID parameters depends on expert experience,although the control effect is good,there is still a cer-tain distance from the ideal state,so the particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced into the fuzzy PID controller to achieve deeper optimization of parameters.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm has faster response speed,smaller overshoot rate,and can make the system reach the stable state in a shorter time.
