The Response Surface Method Optimizes the Process of Extracting Alkaloids from Lotus Leaves
Based on the acid leaching method and the single-factor experimental method, this experiment optimizes the lotus leaf alkaloid extraction process by combining the method of ultrasonic auxiliary extraction and Box-Behnken response surface analysis, and uses the lotus leaf alkali yield as an indicator to investigate the effect of ultrasonic time(min),ultrasonic power(W),ultrasonic tem-perature(℃),hydrochloric acid mass fraction(%)on the yield of lotus leaf alkali, and obtains the opti-mal extraction condition and maximum yield of lotus leaf base. The test shows that:through Variance analysis method, the resulting rate change is the most affected by ultrasonic time and hydrochloric acid mass fraction, while the ultrasonic temperature is the smallest, the optimal extraction process condi-tions after optimization:when the ultrasonic time is 37 min,the ultrasonic power is 530 W,the ultra-sonic temperature is 48 degrees ℃,and the hydrochloric acid mass fraction is 0.56%,the optimal ex-traction rate of lotus base is(1.69±0.05)mg/g.
