Soft Law Governance of Urban Community Sports in China
By using the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire,this paper studied the current situation,orientation and predicament of soft law governance of urban community sports in China,and put forward the improvement strategies.Current situation:The content of regulation is less,the creation subject is single,and the restriction method is flexible.Orientation:It should safeguard the common interests of governance subjects,have flexible and diverse formulation forms,rely on the creation process of equal consultation,and rely on the implementation mechanism of interest induction and soft punishment.Dilemma:It lacks regulatory elements,lacks participation from diverse stakeholders,and lacks guarantee mechanisms.Countermeasures:We should improve the elements and operating mechanisms,create a participation mechanism for diverse entities,and strengthen the implementation guarantee mechanism.
