Cultivating Reserve Talents in Competitive Sports by Sports Social Organizations in China
By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and field investigation,this paper analyzed the value and dilemma of social organization training competitive sports reserve talents,and put forward the training path.Value:It alleviates the industry barriers between subjects,broadens the way of multi-subject training,and effectively gives play to the advantages of social governance.Dilemma:The training behavior of entrusted purchase has not been standardized,the ability of social organizations to undertake needs to be strengthened,the needs of beneficiary subjects have not been met,and the functions of regulatory subjects still need to be improved.Path:We should improve the purchasing mechanism and standardize the process of entrusted purchasing,strengthen the ability to undertake and continuously improve the level of service,be demand-oriented to meet the needs of beneficiaries,standardize industry standards to build a multi-dimensional regulatory system,and uphold the principle of joint construction and joint governance to establish a diversified sharing mechanism.
