摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对米兰冬奥会备战的形势进行研判,并提出备战方略.形势研判:世界冬奥项目竞技格局稳定,洲际冬季运动竞争依然激烈;东道主赛事筹备变换频繁,冰雪运动强国集团优势明显;我国冬季项目步入新发展阶段,战略机遇和风险挑战并存.备战方略:加强统筹规划,聚焦工作重心;充分调动各方资源,谋划多主体参与新模式;强化项目基础建设,构建全景化训赛新体系;推进复合型团队建设,集聚各方智慧综合发力.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper analyzed the preparation situation for the Milan Winter Olympics,and put forward the preparation strategy.Situation analysis:The competitive pattern of the world Winter Olympic events is stable,and the inter-continental winter sports competition is still fierce.The host event preparation changes frequently,and the ice and snow sports power group has obvious advantages.China's winter sports have entered a new stage of development,with both strategic opportunities and risks and challenges.Preparation strategy:We should strengthen overall planning and focus our efforts,fully mobilize the resources of all parties and devise a new model of multi-subject participation,strengthen the basic construction of sports events to build a new system of panoramic training competition,and promote multi-disciplinary team building to pool the wisdom of all parties to make comprehensive efforts.
