Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers Under the"Double Reduction"Policy:Based on the Perspective of Educational Ecology
By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and field research,this paper clarified the educational goals under the"double reduction"policy,the value and difficulty of physical education(PE)teachers'professional development,and put forward development strategies based on the perspective of education ecology.Difficulty:The social identity of PE teachers needs to be improved,the regional differences of PE teachers need urgent attention,and the internal motivation of PE teachers'professional development is insufficient.Strategy:We need to create a social support environment recognized by others to resolve the crisis of professional identity,improve the supporting policies according to local conditions to achieve the coordinated development of teacher groups,and stimulate PE teachers'inner motivation to improve their professional development autonomy.
