摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对城乡体育融合发展的价值、困境进行研究,并提出发展路径.价值:助力产业兴旺,推动社会经济快速发展;推动政策普惠共享,保障人民体育参与权利;促使文化共融,满足人民精神文化需求;促进社会共建,维护社会和谐稳定;推进生态共治,构筑美好宜居生活环境.困境:城乡体育产业联动性较弱,融合广度与深度不够;政策制度体系不健全,监督评价机制亟待完善;乡村传统体育文化日渐式微,文化共生共荣局面尚未形成;多元协同治理格局尚未构建,公共体育服务均等化水平有待提升;生态体育理念践行不够深入,生态共治共享体系亟须完善.路径:提升城乡体育产业联动性,促进产业深度融合;加强政策制度供给,完善监督评价机制;推进文化互补共促,促进城乡文化共生共荣;构建多元协同治理格局,促进公共体育服务均等化;贯彻落实生态体育理念,完善生态共治共享体系.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the value and dilemma of the integrated development of urban and rural sports,and put forward the development path.Value:It helps the industry to prosper and promotes the rapid development of social economy.It promotes inclusive sharing of policies and guarantees people's right to participate in sports.It promotes cultural integration and meets the spiritual and cultural needs of the people.It promotes social co-construction and maintains social harmony and stability.It promotes ecological co-governance and builds a good and livable living environment.Dilemma:The linkage of urban and rural sports industry is weak,and the breadth and depth of integration are not enough.The policy system is not perfect,and the supervision and evaluation mechanism needs to be improved.The rural traditional sports culture is declining day by day,and the situation of cultural symbiosis and common prosperity has not yet formed.The pattern of diversified collaborative governance has not yet been established,and the level of equalization of public sports services needs to be improved.The practice of ecological sports concept is not deep enough,and the ecological co-governance and sharing system needs to be improved.Path:We should enhance the connectivity of urban and rural sports industries to promote the deep integration of industries,strengthen the supply of policies and institutions to improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism,promote cultural complementarity and common development to promote urban and rural cultural coexistence and common prosperity,build a diversified and coordinated governance pattern to promote equal access to public sports services,and implement the concept of ecological sports to improve the system of ecological governance and sharing.
