By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the logical path and practical dilemma of improving the quality of rural public sports service driven by digital technology,and put forward the improvement path.Logical path:We need to break the multi-dimensional policy to make accurate supply decisions,coordinate the guidance of interests to share the network platform,empower behavior and strengthen digital awareness,and avoid rigid grafting to strive for value co-creation.Dilemma:The application of governance technology is hampered,and the service process needs to be optimized.The main body of governance has collaborative barriers,and the supply accuracy needs to be improved.The governance rules are extensive and generalized,and institutional planning needs to be followed up.The ability of governance means is lacking,and the allocation of resources needs to be balanced.Path:We need digital technology to reshape service proceses and improve quality technology adaptation mechanisms,multiple co-tonstruction and collaborative cooperation to build an efficient digital interactive platforms,service elements to match the value needs and develop a normative quality assessment systems,and public resources to achieve balanced allocation and establish a precise resource allocation patterns.
