论中国式现代化视域下体育强国建设

摘要
通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析中国式现代化与体育强国建设的逻辑关系,探究中国式现代化视域下体育强国建设的挑战,并提出建设路径.挑战:全民健身公共服务体系水平不高,竞技体育体制机制改革仍需深化,体育产业支柱作用尚未充分展现,体育文化软实力有待进一步提升,体育国际话语权仍相对较为弱势.路径:构建高水平全民健身公共服务体系,实现群众体育基础强;全面推进竞技体育深化改革与创新,实现竞技体育实力强;科技引领体育产业释放新质生产力,实现体育产业作用强;大力推动体育文化丰富与繁荣发展,实现体育文化内容强;显著提升体育对外交流层次和水平,实现体育国际话语权强.
Abstract
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the logical relationship between Chinese modernization and the construction of sports power,explored the challenges of the construction of sports power from the perspective of Chinese modernization,and put forward the construction path.Challenge:The level of the national fitness public service system is not high,the reform of the competitive sports system and mechanism still needs to be deepened,the pillar role of the sports industry has not been fully demonstrated,the soft power of sports culture needs to be further improved,and the international discourse power of sports is still relatively weak.Path:We should build a high-level national fitness public service system to achieve a strong foundation for mass sports,comprehensively promote the deepening reform and innovation of competitive sports to achieve strong competitive sports strength,lead the sports industry by science and technology to release new quality productivity and realize the strong role of the sports industry,vigorously promote the rich and prosperous development of sports culture to realize the strong content of sports culture,and significantly enhance the level of sports exchanges with other countries to achieve strong sports international discourse power.
